Plus One Consultancy is led by Bulent Ozer, whose professional background includes 15 years in sales and regional management at Nestlé Turkey, before establishing his consultancy business in the UK.
His experience covers sales development, distributor management, product portfolios, retail execution and customer relationships. This background shapes our approach: understanding how a business operates and developing recommendations that can be put into practice.
We work with independent retailers, grocery stores, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, wholesalers, distributors and entrepreneurs. We also provide guidance to Turkish food and consumer goods businesses exploring opportunities in the UK market.
